Bad, Bad, Bad – Bad Newz

Bad Newz is a Hindi-language comedy-drama directed by Anand Tiwari. This movie is made of with full of entertainment. This movie shows how unusual a person’s life can be. Two Punjabi families face an unpredictable problem with their son and daughter.

The movie starts with a scene from a wedding where Akhil (Vicky Kaushal) and Saloni (Tripti Dimri) meet with each other. After that, they fall in love with each other and get married. After several months they realized that and they made a hurry for their marriage. Saloni is a chef in this movie and Akhil runs a Kebab shop. Saloni has a dream to be a Meraki Star which is like an Oscar for a Chef. But their marriage becomes a barrier to Saloni’s dream and they decide to separate from each other. Saloni gets a job at a hotel in Mussoorie, India. There she meets with Gurbir (Ammy Virk) and then the main blast happens. A bomb-dropping twist occurs at the time of the interval.

The rising action is good and funny in this movie but the falling action to the end is quite serious rather than fun. The ending is good. The story is also very good. Overall, the final product could be better. Rather than the location being so beautiful, the videography is excellent. Akhil (Vicky Kaushal) is a very charming and lovable character in this movie. Saloni (Tripti Dimri) is a career-oriented girl who wants to be a star chef and Gurbir (Ammy Virk) is an innocent and friendly character in this movie. The character of Ma Corona (Neha Dhupia) is so good, I must say. One last thing is, there are two guest appearances.

My recommendation is not that strong to watch this movie but you can watch it when you are having leisure time. I tried to enjoy the movie but somehow, I could not enjoy it that much. I am giving 3 stars to this movie out of 5.
